Got out of bed at 3:45am. Howard drove me to the airport. Flew to Washington DC, past the pentagon. Flew to New York. Caught a bus to the main station, bought a $10 metro card.
Took the bus to near my place. Got off too late :? Was not sure of location, checked my info, and readjusted. Found the place and checked in. Walked around NY - Manhattan island. The island is a city - it is HUGE... and Central park is huge also... Timesquare is an experience... and they are buiilding new twin towers... the statue of liberty is way off the coast... the subway is super cool... and Subway (food shop) is the best value for money :)
New York is a vibrant & diverse city. Not sure I can live here though... Now trying to figure out what the best way is to get to the airport by 8pm.
